Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skin and your results, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half full to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
